Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SimpleStore II application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

SimpleStore II is developed and maintained by eLabData ("we", "our", "us").

2. Description of Service

SimpleStore II is a professional service management application for iOS that allows users to:

• Create and manage service orders
• Manage customer records
• Track inventory and products
• Generate invoices and financial reports
• Manage teams and assign tasks
• Integrate with third-party services (GSX, Bling ERP, etc.)

3. Subscription Plans

3.1 Free Plan

• Limited functionality (50 service orders/month, 10 customers, 10 products)
• Local storage only (no cloud sync)
• You are solely responsible for your data backups on the Free plan

3.2 Pro Plan (R$ 49.90/month)

• Unlimited service orders, customers, and products
• Cloud sync and Google Drive backup
• Advanced analytics and reports
• Up to 2 users

3.3 Business Plan (R$ 299.00/month)

• All Pro features
• Unlimited users and companies
• GSX Integration, SSO, Bling ERP
• Financial module, purchase orders, contracts
• Priority support

3.4 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple App Store
• Auto-renewal unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• Refunds follow Apple's standard refund policy

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Comply with all applicable laws, including LGPD and GDPR
• Not use the App to store or transmit malicious content

5. Data & Privacy

• Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy
• Free plan users are responsible for their own data backups
• Paid plan users benefit from automatic cloud backup and data protection by eLabData

6. Intellectual Property

• The App, including all code, design, trademarks, and content, is the exclusive property of eLabData
• Your data remains your property; we do not claim ownership of your data
• You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the App's services

7. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• eLabData is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• For Free plan users: eLabData is not responsible for any data loss
• For Paid plan users: our liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We reserve the right to perform maintenance with reasonable notice
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with 30 days' notice

9. Account Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings
• We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
