Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern the use of SimpleStore II application ("App") and its integration with third-party services, including Google services. By using the App and authorizing third-party integrations, you agree to these terms.

SimpleStore II is developed by eLabData.

2. Google API Services

2.1 Google Drive Integration

SimpleStore II uses Google Drive API to provide backup functionality for Pro and Business plan users. When you authorize Google Drive integration:

• We request access only to app-specific folders created by SimpleStore II
• We do not access your personal Google Drive files
• We store backup data in a dedicated SimpleStore II folder
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings

2.2 Google Sign-In

SimpleStore II may use Google Sign-In for authentication purposes. When you sign in with Google:

• We receive your name, email address, and profile picture
• We use this information solely for account creation and authentication
• We do not post to or access any other Google services on your behalf

2.3 Data Handling for Google Services

• Data transmitted to Google services is encrypted using TLS
• We comply with Google API Services User Data Policy
• We do not use Google user data for advertising or sell it to third parties
• We only request the minimum scopes necessary for the App's functionality

2.4 Revoking Google Access

You can revoke SimpleStore II's access to your Google account at any time by: 1. Visiting your Google Account Security Settings 2. Under "Third-party apps with account access", find SimpleStore II 3. Click "Remove Access"

3. Apple Services Integration

3.1 CloudKit

• Pro and Business plans use Apple CloudKit for data sync
• Data is encrypted and stored according to Apple's security standards
• CloudKit is governed by Apple's terms and conditions

3.2 Sign in with Apple

• We support Sign in with Apple for account creation
• Your Apple ID information is handled according to Apple's privacy policies

3.3 GSX Integration (Business Plan)

• Business plan users may integrate with Apple's Global Service Exchange (GSX)
• GSX access requires separate authorization from Apple
• We do not store GSX credentials; authentication is handled through secure tokens

4. Bling ERP Integration (Business Plan)

• Business plan users may connect to Bling ERP
• We access only the data necessary for synchronization (products, invoices, orders)
• Bling credentials are stored securely and encrypted
• You can disconnect the integration at any time

5. Data Processing

5.1 Purpose Limitation

We process data from third-party integrations solely for:

• Backing up your business data (Google Drive)
• Authenticating your identity (Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In)
• Synchronizing business data (Bling ERP, GSX)

5.2 Data Minimization

We request only the minimum permissions and data necessary for each integration to function.

5.3 Data Security

• All third-party API communications use encrypted connections (TLS 1.2+)
• API tokens and credentials are stored using iOS Keychain (hardware-encrypted)
• We implement token refresh mechanisms to minimize exposure

6. Service Level Agreement

6.1 Availability

• We target 99.9% uptime for cloud-dependent features
• Third-party service availability depends on the respective providers
• We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party services

6.2 Support

• Free plan: Community support
• Pro plan: Email support (48h response time)
• Business plan: Priority email support (24h response time)

7. Compliance

SimpleStore II and its integrations comply with:

• LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law)
• GDPR (European General Data Protection Regulation)
• Google API Services User Data Policy
• Apple Developer Program License Agreement
• Apple App Store Review Guidelines

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for data loss caused by third-party service failures
• We are not liable for changes to third-party APIs that affect integration functionality
• Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our integrations or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated through the App.
