4. Data Storage & Security

Free Plan

• All data is stored locally on your device only
• eLabData is not responsible for data loss on the Free plan
• We strongly recommend regular device backups

Pro & Business Plans

• Data is stored securely using Apple CloudKit (encrypted)
• Automatic cloud backup and sync across devices
• Google Drive backup available as additional protection
• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest

5. Data Sharing

We DO NOT sell your personal data to third parties.

We may share data only with:

• Apple (CloudKit): For cloud storage and sync (paid plans)
• API Services: For CPF/CNPJ/CEP validation (data is not stored)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or court order

6. Your Rights (LGPD & GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your data (right to be forgotten)
• Export your data in a portable format
• Revoke consent at any time
• Object to data processing
• Request restriction of data processing

7. Data Retention

• Free Plan: Data is deleted immediately upon account deletion
• Paid Plans: Data is retained for 30 days after account deletion, then permanently removed
• Legal Requirements: Some data may be retained longer if required by law

SimpleStore II is not intended for use by children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
